The manager promised to deliver when I asked about my wife's special needs. A free carpark out in front of a ground floor. He delivered. Having a microwave was wonderful.
The hours of the reception may suggest you need to stagger shifts a bit better. There were stairs in front of the ground floor, but nothing we couldn't handle. Stairs are a problem for people with mobility problems like my wife. It's a city motel, and away from the main area, but unfortunately idiots on motorbikes are out of the motel's control. One thing about Brisbane Street in Launceston is that it has a break in it, and is a one way street in the main city area, but when I went around the corner, fortunately it became a two way street.

rooms are very outdated, parking is awkward. Room rate needs to be adjusted or money needs to be invested into property
