The staff where polite , rooms huge , double pool view ground floor , good for 1 week stay , pool was full of people you know the sun bed lizards ,screaming kids !! Fortunately I could walk easily to Lamai beach every day , run on the beach , breakfast lunch etc ! Hotel was very well located to 7/11 restaurants shops etc

Overpriced for what it is. This hotel is not four stars or luxury. Good location and big room though. Some front desk staff don’t know how to do basic maths or charge credit card properly…

It was very interesting having the non-air-conditioned kitchen in the front and through another door to the very large room that was air-conditioned. Or you could just run the fan, which worked really well also. A big balcony with a decent view. The third floor is a bit of a climb in the heat. But I got used to it. Nice pool, friendly staff.
