Id only ever book a room with a pool view. Some of the cheaper superior rooms face the car park and the main road. The location on this place is the best in Lamai. Right smack bang in the middle of Lamai. The pool area is tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was poor.

Great location on the main strip of Lamai. Beach, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc all on your doorstep with 3 mins walking. The staff were friendly and helpful with one or two queries we had. Two swimming pools were nicer than I was expecting and enjoyed relaxing by them and going for a swim. The room itself was a bit basic/dated which is my only complaint. Aircon seemed to be full blast or nothing, multiple plug sockets in the room seemed to spark when plugging things in and out. But overall great value for money and would stay there again if you want an easy holiday.

Beautiful hotel, set in stunning grounds that are highly maintained throughout the day. Staff very friendly. 2 pools, pool bar. Very attentive staff. Also very reasonably priced.

Hotel is rough around the edges and quite basic. Breakfast was okay with lots of options but the hotel is grubby and needs some attention especially by the pools and the rooms! We stayed in a superior room - 225 for ten nights and it was okay. Just rough around the edges. Nothing outstanding! Free water - 4 small bottles a day and WiFi! Quite close to the main drag so always background noise at night! If I come back - I would choose not to stay here again.
