The location is very good. The pool area was very nice and the hotel had many sunbeds on the beach as well. The staff was friendly.
The rooms were old and worn out. We stayed in the villa connect and the villa were actually one villa with two rooms and the isolation was very bad so you could hear your neighbors talking. We had very messy and noisy neighbors but the staff helped us change room after one night which was very kind. But it can be good to know if you are sensitive to noice. Also, the breakfast was not the best.
Overall, this is definitely an overpriced hotel but recently it felt that all hotels on Chaweng are very pricy.
