We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is conveniently located a 3 minutes walk from the metro station making it super accessible to the rest of the city. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The staff were so polite and accommodating, we arrived early and as our room was ready they allowed us to check in so we were able to freshen up. The panoramic view from the rooftop terrace was stunning. The swimming pool was clean but not heated which was fine as the weather was very hot so the cold dip was welcomed. They have a secure luggage room so even after check out we were able to relax in the hotels many seating areas, even in the luggage room they had ample seating. The gym is small but has all the machines one could want to use. Overall, lovely little gem and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all staff for a pleasant stay

Hotel was good. Room for 1 was good enough but space was a little tight. Staff at reception were friendly. Breakfast was ok. A little disappointed that the chef didn’t offer to make me a fried egg when I asked him. He just said that there wasn’t any only scrambled eggs. Gym is ok if you want to to do a bit of cardio. A few dumbbells would be a good addition. Overall decent hotel, excellent hotel location although it may not suit all.

Hotel Andante in Barcelona fell short of expectations, leaving a negative impression over a four-night stay that ultimately impacted the trip. A lack of welcoming atmosphere, poor room amenities, and an uninspiring location make it a place I would not choose again. Safety and Location Neighborhood concerns: The surrounding area did not feel safe. Incident witnessed: Saw police chase a pickpocket right near the hotel. Room Comfort and Atmosphere: Dark interior: Corridors and bathrooms are very dim due to an energy-saving policy. Contradictory policy: Staff changed towels daily despite them being hung up to reuse. Industrial feel: Rooms look bare, cold, and lack a cozy vibe. Missing amenities: No fridge, tea, or coffee station in the room. Hotel Environment and Service Unpleasant smell: A strange odor lingered across the property. Poor service: The front desk worker handling checkout acted with unnecessary sarcasm.
