Lots of potential to be a very pleasant place but badly let down by poor management. Booking via the app is fine. Completing an online security deposit process before door codes are released was an infuriating waste of time and effort. There is poor signal at the location and phone calls do go unanswered. An hour and half later...The rooms are tired and shabby and need a deep clean. I object to finding lady's razors still in the shower. The TV's have no terrestrial channels and frankly I do not have the time to reset them.
This is advertised as a Luxury Apartment. It emphatically is not. It is not finished or presented properly.
The bed was very comfortable, the WIFI fast enough for working. The black mould in the shower is gross.
Stay in the Travelodge nearby.
