The recently renovated iconic Kooyong Units have been transformed! This 2 bedroom apartment is fully self contained, air-conditioned and has free WiFi. The solar heated pool and BBQ area has also been renovated now providing a fantastic area for families and friends to enjoy. Kooyong Holiday Units are nestled amidst a tropical garden setting in Arcadia. There are 8 units with 1 or 2 bedroom options and located only 100 metres from Alma Bay Beach.
Kooyong unit 2 features 2 bedrooms and is located at the front of the complex shaded by the raintrees on Hayles Avenue. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a tri bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on top) The unit is fully self contained, air conditioned and features free WiFi

Kooyong Holiday Apartments are strolling distance to the local newsagent, Arcadia store, and the Hotel Arcadia and the beautiful Alma Bay, a family beach with playground, BBQs and shade! Bremner Point is within walking distance where our friendly rock wallabies are happy to pose for a photo.

Recent renovations to the unit(s) are excellent, making it very comfortable and modern. All appliances, cutlery etc. in the unit are brand new. The added touch of the 'Air-con on' when we arrived was welcomed. The units are very clean, beds comfortable and we made good use of the pool and BBQ areas. Great to be able to have a BBQ under the Gazebo, for shade or rain! Add that with walking distance to beach, restaurants and pub really does make it an easy and lovely place to stay. Of course the Curlews, Rainbow Lorikeets, Kookaburras and an array of wildlife just adds to the experience.
