The solar heated pool and BBQ area has also been renovated now providing a fantastic area for families and friends to enjoy. Kooyong Holiday Units are nestled amidst a tropical garden setting in Arcadia. There are 8 units with 1 or 2 bedroom options and located only 100 metres from Alma Bay Beach.
Kooyong unit 3 features 2 bedrooms and is located at the front of the complex shaded by the raintrees on Hayles Avenue. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a tri bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on top) The unit is fully self contained, air conditioned and features free WiFi. Kooyong Holiday Apartments are strolling distance to the local newsagent, Arcadia store, and the Hotel Arcadia and the beautiful Alma Bay, a family beach with playground, BBQs and shade! Bremner Point is within walking distance where our friendly rock wallabies are happy to pose for a photo.

The apartment is nicely renovated and had everything thing we needed. The location is super convenient to beaches and the local bus and trails for getting around the island. Check-in is right by the ferry and the lovely folks in the office gave us a ride to the apartment. Loved our stay!!

Clean, well serviced room and an easily accessible area for the rest of the island. These are demountable buildings so all movement (especially heavy walkers and kids running around) in other apartments could be heard.

Always a simple pleasure to stay at Kooyong. Rustic however adequate and good value. Location to Alma Bay is superb.
