"Location perfect. Facilities very good. Arcadia is my favourite on the Island, only downfall no coffee shop, have to go walk to Drop Bear cafe. Otherwise great location."

The location and value was terrific. However one bedroom had no air conditioner. I was given impression whole place was air conditioned. The premises have been recently updated with beautiful gardens and a new pool. However the furniture is very very old. Bedside cupboards have not been renewed since the 1980's when I was there previously Lounge furniture could do with an update too.

Location is excellent for activities at Alma Bay. The apartment was clean and aircons were running when we arrived on a very hot day.
If I was to stay longer in the future I think it needs laundry facilities such as washing machine and dryer.

There was so much space and lounge/kitchen seating, it meant our whole family could spread out and not be on top of each other. Location was excellent.
No aircon in second bedroom, for North Queensland that's probably a deal breaker for us, and the property had not been cleaned properly. The floors in the bathroom were gritty from sand, someone's socks were in the bed at the end, dirty rolled up towel in the cupboard and mouldy food in the cupboards.
