Avalon in Arcadia is a 3 bedroom home featuring 2 queen beds plus a single bed with a trundle.The master bedroom also features an ensuite and access to the balcony.



This ideal family home also has a 2nd bathroom, great living spaces, fantastic kitchen with all required to self cater and of course the option of outdoor dining utilising the Weber required. This home offers perfect areas to take some quiet time and enjoy a great book or simply time out.



As you are nestled on the fringe of the National Park it is not uncommon for a koala or 2 to enjoy your holiday space. The native wild life is all part of the beauty of this ideal island location.

Magnetic Island is located 8km from Townsville and accessible by passenger or vehicle ferries.

67% of Magnetic Island is National Park Land, allowing for 36km of walking tracks with Australian wildlife like Koalas, Echidnas, Wallabys and many different birds. These tracks lead to magnificent views of the Island, its bays and surrounding blue Coral Sea.



Getting Around:

Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.

If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.
