amazing property a stone throw away from Geoffrey bay. so great for our family
(incl two toddlers). gorgeous backyard, spacious, large kitchen, two lounge and two bathrooms

Very comfortable, two living spaces, nice bedrooms
TV is very difficult to work. The house is quite dark inside during the daytime.

The location of the house was excellent.
It was very close to the bus stop at the Bowls Club and close to the stop at Alma Beach.
Alma Beach was our preferred beach, especially with our 2 1/2 year old grand-daughter. Gently shelving sandy bottom, protected from all but direct on-shore winds, excellent life saver cover.
A short walk to the Arcadia Bakery for bread and delicious pastry and coffee
An extractor fan in each of the bathrooms would be of benefit.
