Magnetic Haven Unit 7

Location was good . Wifi good too. Well equiped.

Small living area but ik

prime posi at the best bay in the world. Good view from balcony. Staff at Nelly Bay office were very helpful.

The blinds are broken in every room, meaning morning light wakes you up and the rooms get really hot from glaring sun. There is a huge, broken shelving structure over the toilet which means you cant use the bathroom toilet. You have to clean your teeth at kitchen sink coz theres a jutting out shelf over bathroom sink. Weird! Bedrooms are overcrowded and not one usable pillow (all way too high). A bit of thought and a few nice touches would make all the difference to this unit. Need to provide kitchen staples - salt pepper, oil etc. maybe long-life milk. Definitely coffee pods for the machine. There wasnt one coffee pod. Some of the items the ad said were available were in a locked cupboard! There are enough mugs & glasses for 40 people for some reason but none of the basics. Also, dead flowers in a vase on arrival! Just fix some basics, it would be a lovely place. It's way too scrappy for what you are charging.
