Kooyong unit 4 features 2 bedrooms and is located at the front of the complex shaded by the raintrees on Hayles Avenue. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a tri bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on top) The unit is fully self contained, air conditioned and features free WiFi.Kooyong Holiday Apartments are strolling distance to the local newsagent, Arcadia store, and the Hotel Arcadia and the beautiful Alma Bay, a family beach with playground, BBQ and shade! Bremner Point is within walking distance where our friendly rock wallabies are happy to pose for a photo.

What a gem of a place to find!! With a family of 5, this beautiful unit was perfect! Brand new washing machine, dishwasher and all appliances actually! Large family lounge with Netflix, comfortable bedrooms, lovely air conditioning that cools whole unit and 2 mins walk to Arcadia pub and Alma bay, this unit has everything you ever need for a fabulous stay! The owner has thought of everything!!
Wonderful pool and bbq area. from easy pick up of keys from very friendly staff to asking for and receiving a late check out, it has been the best holiday! Thank you for an amazing stay!!
