Location was great. Right next door to cafe and restaurant. Walking distance to IGA, ferry and beach. Value for money and affordability was excellent with plenty of room for larger family group with the three double beds. TV and appliances all relatively new and worked well. Beach and bath towels provided and check in was easy. Newly planted garden was nice and real plants in the living room.
Some maintenance required with door locks and latches and sliding door tracks. Bedside lamps would be good. No onsite parking.

I loved it’s simple homely feel. Had everything we needed. Great location for shops, cafes, beaches and Wallabies by foot.
I wish the front garden had been a bit more established, but hopefully next time it’s will have had a bit of a flourish. Didn’t distract from the view across to the marina though.
