It was in a great place, nice and quiet, and was big enough for our needs.
The only challenge we had was that was only 1 bathroom, but we got around it.

Old house but the kitchen cabinets have been replaced a few years ago. New simple cabinet in the bathroom. Lots of games, DVDs, nice backyard.
A very old rundown house past the renovating point. In need of good scrubbing and vacuuming; loads of dead flies on the outside of the living room window, dirty walls. Old jalousie windows that do not block outside noise very well.

Very comfy little house. All you need. Very safe for our much loved dog. Great location. Walking distance to great venues like Smugglers Wine Bar (exceptional!) and Thai Again - excellent. Close to the beach - a great weekend stay.
Main bed and bathroom and lounge dining area, and lovely back patio all very clean. Others, not so much
