The Lucinda White House

This house was a cheap price for 6 people. There was lots of space. It was near where we were to start a hike. It looked over open green spaces which was nice. The laundry out the back and the undercover clothes line was fantastic.

These are suggestions for improvements. As the house is cheap you need to accept a few things. The window and door fly screens had holes and need replacing. Mosquitoes got into the house because of this. The house was sparsely furnished and there were no bedside tables or luggage tables to put your items. There were no hooks to hang items ie towels, jackets. The neighbour on the north side had a noisy generator engine running for many hours for one night. They appeared to have visitors with a caravan, so maybe it was a one off and we can't control neighbours. Many items in the house were rusty, leaking or worn out but it was functional and the house is cheap so it's fair. It did the job for us. The light fittings need a good dust. Our bed sheets were pilling and had rips, and needed replacing.

Location was perfect overall very happy

Large house, lots of space-great to have living on ground floor with bathroom and shower.

It’s very tired and in need of repairs and maintenance.
