    My husband went over from our previous hotel to check in Four points @Sheraton Check in registrations was done by Liv a lady staff didn't even raise up her head to look at my Huby. no smile no eyes contact. Eric her partner was very helpful when I asked for a local map In the evening when we came back to check in Was greeted warmly by Miss Lucy. Upon seeing my son handful with bottle drinks she quickly offer him a hotel bag When told we lost our luggage tag she was very fast to help us solved it. She even personally sent up our luggages to our room although it is not her task. We had a wonderful experience staying in your hotel I would like to gave a shout out to Miss Lucy Thanks to Miss Lucy at the front desk.

    Want to check if they offer buffet for dinner, and what is the price ! The lady staff replied: it has shown there and go there and look by yourself! Really good answer from a reception staff

    Good location, room is clear but a bit old, needs an upgrade. Staff is kind of helpful, but they preferred you to book from their own system directly, which will received better service. Unfortunately , their website is difficult to use, I prefer to use Agoda as it’s easier to organise.
