    Wonderful magical place to be in. Hella expensive as food and stay is so remote that everything is gonna cost a bit more but amazing

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's an excellent choice for a retreat or a peaceful getaway, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The hotel restaurant serves good-quality food, but there is only one dining option within the property. For a 2-night stay, this is perfectly fine. However, if you're planning to stay longer, the food choices can become a bit limited. There is another restaurant nearby at Lang Nuong, but the quality and dining experience are not on the same level as the hotel restaurant, which is understandable since it is not operated by the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short retreat or weekend escape. The accommodation, service, and surroundings make it a memorable place to relax and recharge.

Trong quá trình lưu trú, tôi có một số yêu cầu cần được lễ tân hỗ trợ, nhưng thay vì chủ động tiếp nhận và phối hợp xử lý, nhân viên lại hướng dẫn tôi tự liên hệ hoặc tự đi đến các bộ phận khác để được giải đáp.     I booked room with pool view. We did not check in until 10pm so we didn’t open the window. Next morning, we opened the window but we saw forest view instead of pool view. We came down to the lobby to ask for a discount but the manager said they could not give us our credit back until 3 months after we checked out!???
