    Very nice and relatively new place to stay. Manager was extremely helpful and restaurant and breakfast options were of a high standard.

    We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was so aesthetically pleasing. So clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the balcony of just lush green mountains were breathtaking. Such a peaceful hotel set just the right distance away from the town to enjoy the quiet of nature (by that i mean the frogs and other wildlife). Perfect place to unwind. The bikes which are free to use are in good condition and you are a short bike ride to the pagoda and multiple duck cafes. Also there were 2 umbrellas in our room which came in handy! The pool was open till 8pm i believe and is just the right temperature and lights up beautifully in the dark. They are also building a new spa and gym which would make this place even better. I would recommend this to anyone planning to go to tam coc.

    The photos make this hotel look like a 5-star property, but unfortunately, the reality is closer to a 2-star hotel. The photos and description are extremely misleading. Here are some of the issues we experienced: - No air conditioning in the lobby, making the common areas extremely uncomfortable. - No pool bar, even though a pool bar is clearly shown and advertised in the hotel photos and description. - Difficult and potentially dangerous access to the pool. You have to climb many stairs, and some of them do not feel safe. - Construction taking place on-site, which significantly affects the atmosphere and experience. - Rooms are smaller than advertised and are absolutely not luxurious as they appear in the photos. - No proper place for luggage in the room. We are two adults and two children, and our suitcases have to remain on the floor because there is nowhere to put them. - Some rooms are located directly by the parking lot, which is certainly not what you would expect when booking what is presented as a luxury hotel. We contacted management immediately after discovering these issues and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and receive a refund. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of the experience has been the management's response. They showed no concern for our experience and made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation. We booked this hotel based on photos and descriptions that made it appear to be a luxury, 5-star experience. What we found after arriving was completely different. Paying 5-star hotel prices and receiving 2-star facilities and service is simply unacceptable.
