Absolutely wonderful small independent hotel in the center of Bath. Staff were very helpful and happy. Honesty bar downstairs is such a treat and a wonderful place to relax. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Just be aware you are right in the city centre in a old building with single glazing so did have some noise through the night from the street outside. But understandable for such a central location and ear plugs were provided if I had needed them.

Excellent location and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Shower was hot and strong.

The mattress was the lumpiest mattress I have ever slept on. It needs to be replaced.

It was very central, quirky, in a Georgian building. But if you stay in the other house, there is no lift and so you will need to ask for help to take your cases up, in my case, to the third floor. My room was tiny, and expensive for literally an attic, but the shower was spacious, super powerful and hot. The single bed was okay but thankfully the room had a desk, imperative for a writing retreat. The staff super friendly, breakfast very good, served with a smile.

Cobbled pedestrian road so not possible to have door to door taxi, okay in my case but not my 76yr old friend. Single bed.

Very central location, all shops and restaurants within easy walking distance

Noisy at night from nearby bars plus bells chiming every hour. Also the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy. It was very stuffy with the windows closed so needed the AC. Extremely bad nights sleep
