The location was great, lovely and peaceful garden in front of the property and loved the spa!
The room felt a bit shabby which we should have expected and it felt like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.

Decent sized rooms & well appointed. Spa was nice and great location.
The front desk staff were absolutely useless and not friendly at all. The rooms have some wear and tear (some rot & spots of mold in the bathroom) which took the ‘luxury’ away.

Spa was wonderful, too bad not included for whole day. Rooms are generous and clean.
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive and not great for the cost.

The location is central and good
The property is old and tired, the rooms are very tired and not up to the usual standards of a 5 star hotel. The towels and bath robes in the spa area are discolored, clearly a case of being overused…
