Overall, awesome hotel.

Location was amazing near the highway to drive back & forth to our daughters volleyball competitions. Variety of everything for breakfast options for the kids & adults, the young ladies kept checking & making sure nothing ran out. Coffee/tea/ hot cocoa/ water flavored water provided 24 hours. This was awesome in this freezing weather

Shower heads needs to be cleaned to spray out more water. We used a safety pin to unclog some holes from calcium deposits for more water flow, lol.

Great value for money

Newly renovated hotel with quite modern facilities so it felt fresh. Great with complementary bottled water and a small snack. Kind staff in both the reception and the kitchen.

Breakfast can be more diversed. I wish the bed could be more comfortable.

what's sad is i like the actual hotel and location. wasn't my first time there. But do better with customer service please.

Needed to cancel one of the nights because my sons fri night game got cancelled. I called them 3 times on thurs.. -'s once one friday. I talked to 3 different people on the phone. and 2 in person when i got there sat. all said would waive the cancellation fee for that night. Sent a cancel request from your app. NO ONE knew how to log in and accept it. One replied to your email and said yes cancel it no charge. but never actually logged in and completed the steps needed. they even manually changed my check in date for that one night. So they said they would take care of it no prob. Well they didn't. If they said they couldn't figure out what to do in the first place and i was going to end up paying for 2 nights i would have came in town and stayed that night!! Now i've been double charged because no one in that building knows what to do when a third party sends a waive fee request. Now you. booking.com will keep my money?!? because my reservation was re done to just aug 16. so they don't get the money. i don't get it waived. I will never use booking.com or stay at that hotel again. And Hilton is going to receive an email. don't tell me you will take care of if something that i won't be charged so i don't go that night.. and then when comes down to it say well, there is knowing i can do.

Staff was excellent; particularly after I came back to the hotel around 1 AM & realized I didn't have my access keys. Front desk person did a nice job confirming who I was and cheerfully supplied me with a new key. Entire staff was very friendly.

Paid more than I expected but I will definitely be back , you get what you pay for and it was well worth the price .

Breakfast was top tier!! Lots of options and everything was fresh couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast . Room was Verry clean and came with blow drier very nice body wash conditioner and shampoo , mini fridge was a bonus .

Only bad thing , the price was different in person than it was on the app . Instead of paying $108 like the app had the room listed , total was around $140 n some change .
