Comfort and relaxing

I love the location of the property. It surrounds really good restaurants that are in walking distance. It’s very quiet and relaxing.

The room smelled like a football team stayed in it before we arrived. I noticed housekeeping didn’t pick up everything because I found plane tickets and notes from previous stays. The website said breakfast was included but instead there is a Starbucks kiosk in the lobby with items to purchase. Over all my experience was a 9/10.

I think there were a lot of new people in training and sometimes they did not know how to do some stuff. It is ok for me but someone senior should be there with them at all times.

When we checked, and the young lady at the desk was very polite, very knowledgeable and friendly

Since when did you have to put in a request to have your hotel room clean? It seems if we were staying more than one night the cleaning the room would have been automatically done however, it was not we had to request fresh towels.

The staff was great. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great.

That you had to pay for breakfast considering the cost of the room. The price at the bar was also expensive. It was cheaper to cross the parking lot and have drinks at the bar there.

front desk staff was not helpful. One towel in the room and hard to get just one more. Shampoo was half used. No blow dryer - when we asked for one the answer was some of the rooms blow dryers didn’t work so they pulled them out. No solution. No blow dryer offered.

Location, balcony, professional staff, very peaceful, safe stay, TV options were wonderful!

No bathroom trash for sanitary products- I understand the cut down for plastic/recycling ect. However, not having a small trash can in the bathroom was definitely a frown! In addition to the one trash can that is no more than a 2 gallon bucket with no bag! My stay was for two nights with a 9 month old. Hate the person in charge hasn't considered the amount of diapers a baby can use and the smell of baby poop can be very unpleasant.
