Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Łodzi. Bezproblemowy dostęp to pokoju (skrzynka na klucz). Sam pokój przestronny.
Ostatnie piętro (czwarte) bez windy. Dodając do tego wysokość pięter w kamienicy mamy długi spacer po schodach. Klatka schodowa mocno zapuszczona. W obiekcie brak klimatyzacji co przy cieplejszych nocach mogłoby być bardzo uciążliwe. Bieda „rolety”, które strasznie psuły efekt wielkiego okna, które mogło wyglądać super

Apartament został urządzony w loftowym stylu, ale widać ze od jakiegoś czasu jest lekko zaniedbany. Szkoda, bo niewielkim kosztem można by naprawić małe niedogodności jak na przykład mocowanie słuchawki prysznicowej Przestronna łazienka
Oderwana słuchawka, głośna kanalizacja, rolety na oknach których nie da się odsłonić Mała liczba sztućców, zmywarka ale bez tabletki do niej. Brak żelu/szamponu Na jedną noc ok, na dłużej no nwm Hit - przytrzymanie kanalizacji widelcem, pytanie czy potem powędruje on do szuflady. Smacznego :)
