inrichting, volledigheid, netheid, ligging dichtbij station en Piotrowska
vuilnisbakken te klein koffie en thee zuinig voor 2 nachten 3 personen(zou m.i. minimaal 2a3 per nacht moeten zijn)

Blisko przystanków tramwajowych, niecałe 20 min na Piotrkowską pieszo. Obok żabka, apteka, monopolowy. Udogodnienia sprzętowe w porządku (łóżko ok, żelazko zmywarka).
Zapach, ale to prawdopodobnie kwestia całego pionu a nie konkretnego apartamentu, bo to jakby zapach z rur. Na plus, ze był odświeżacz w kontakcie (niestety niewiele dał). Kurz w niektórych miejscach użytkowych, nieuzupełnione mydło do rąk, mały wybór kawy (saszetki czarnej, a skoro saszetki to mogłyby byc też z malekiem oraz z mlekiem i cukrem). Brakowało miejsca na ubrania.

Świetna lokalizacja, idealnie by spędzić kilka dni na zwiedzaniu. Mieszkaniu niczego nie brakuje na tak krótki pobyt.
Brak mydła w dozowniku i trochę kurzu na półkach, ale z tym da się żyć.
