Bliskość centrum, wygodne łóżka.
Nie działa słuchawka pod prysznicem - po komentarzach widać, że już od długiego czasu. Korzystać można tylko z deszczownicy, przy czym ciężko jest zostawiać po sobie porządek w dużym brodziku.

Blisko do piotrkowskiej ale okna nie wychodziły na ulicę była cisza. Przestronnie , czysto , dwa telewizory dwa pomieszczenia do spania, dwa duże łoża . osobna kuchnia. Ciepło
Okno w okno z drugą kamienicą ale to nie problem są zasłony. Drugie piętro wysokie , chodzenia z walizkami uff , daleko od samochodu z parkingu ale można podjechać szybko się wypakować i na miejsce samochód odstawić. Problem był z odpływem wody ze zlewu i umywalki , zgłoszone mam nadzieje że poprawią , kabina : prysznic i deszczownica ale działa tylko deszczownica. jak ktoś nie myje włosów co dzień to taki mały problem. Ręczniki dobrze żeby był duży (był) ale i mały by się przydał.

Radzę robić zdjęcia w lokalu, próbowano nam wmówić, że nasz pracownik uszkodził drzwi. Dodatkowo te wejście do kamienicy jak z horroru. Nazwanie tego przybytku apartamentem świadczy o bardzo wyszukanym poczuciu humoru.
