Desing is great. High sealing, nice kitchen.

Location is scetchy, i was afraid to leave my car outside in public and there is no private parking. The owner did not send me any information, i had to call. The bed was very bad.

Beautiful apartment with good equipment and good price in centreal location.

It has nothing to do with the property itself, but there are major maintenance works in the city and whole steet is very noisy and dusty.

The apartment is really close to the central area, basically walking distance to the Piotrkowska street. It's a comfortable and clean place where a few days in Lodz can be spent in peace and quiet

Unfortunately the street in front of the apartment and the whole area is under construction, therefore it's really difficult to get to the apartment, also parking is pretty problematic. Due to this reason a lot of mud and sand is taken to the apartment which is of course not the mistake of the owner, but it's really unpleasant. In the apartment the shower is really small, a bigger person barely can fit and there are a few cosmetical damages which for this price should be fixed. Overall not major problems, but due to the above reasons the apartment is a bit overpriced in my opinion..

The property was clean and close to the amenities we needed.

The check in details did not arrive until right before 3pm which was stressful you had to message the host. Also they were not shared via booking.com as normal they send it to my e mail and it went into spam. When I mentioned why they send it via e mail they stated I requested so while I have not and I didn’t get check in details until after 4pm due to e mail going into spam. Also the property was freezing cold at the evening and night I was so uncomfortable all night it was hard to sleep as I was cold. The radiators were not fully hot they need bleeding as the air is in them plus they were lightly warm not hot at all and it was minus temperatures outside so indoors was around 16 degrees of Celsius which is much too cold. It was slightly warmer in the morning yet still not the desired warmth.
