Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty były a nawet i dodatkowe (takie jak parownica, pralka, suszarka, zmywarka itp). Duża szafa na wymiar w sypialni, dużo pomieści. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem, więc dobre to, że jest sypialnia i salon osobno. Jest miejsce parkingowe w podwórzu.

Sehr gutes und mit allem ausgestattetes Apartment. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr netter Vermieter. Treppenhaus und das Haus selber etwas alt, aber das Apartment selber ist absolut top. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten!

Mieszkanie ładne, funkcjonalne i nowoczesne, blisko sklepy, restauracje, bary, dobrze wyciszające okna, dobra instrukcja od właściciela, możliwość pobytu ze zwierzęciem, dostępne bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe, wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na miejscu.
Brak ekspresu do kawy, niedziałający czajnik elektryczny, nieładny zapach z rur, specyficzny zapach ręczników (jakby nie były świeże), dużo kurzu w mniej widocznych miejscach, bardzo wąski wjazd, bardzo zaniedbana klatka schodowa i wejście.

Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko Piotrkowskiej - to na plus. Ogólnie w porządku, ładne mieszkanie, jasne instrukcje do meldunku. Parking (mimo słabego wjazdu) też na plus. Jest tv z dużą ilością kanałów i netflixem. Żelazko i parownica do ubrań też na plus.
Kamienica, w której znajduje się mieszkanie to slums. Sąsiedzi też niezbyt ciekawi. Bardzo brzydki zapach w łazience. Mimo maskującego odświeżacza czuć po prostu smród. Popsuta deska od wc. Słaby prysznic - łazienka cała mokra, mały mop do wytarcia, który bardziej rozcierał niż wycierał. Kanapa w sypialni nie nadaje się do spania. Ze zmywarki też brzydki zapach.
