Doskonała lokalizacja przy ulicy równoległej do Piotrkowskiej. W pobliżu Żabka i Stokrotka więc nie ma problemu z zakupami. Mieszkanie ma okna na dziedziniec więc jest cicho. Pomimo braku klimatyzacji i wentylatora w ten upalny dzień nie było w mieszkaniu gorąco.
Niestety mop po sprzątaniu mieszkania oraz ręczniki po poprzednich lokatorach suszyły się w mieszkaniu.. Przyczyniło się to do nieprzyjemnego zapachu wpadającego nawet w zapach stęchlizny. Mop i pranie nie mogą być przechowywane w mieszkaniu i będzie ok. Proponuję do kontaktu włożyć odświeżacz powietrza. Druga niedogodność to brak firan w oknach. W dzień jeżeli komuś zależy na prywatności musi zasłonić okna zasłonami, przez co w mieszkaniu robi się ciemno. Proponuję dodać firany i wymieniać żarówki na neutralne lub zimne. Ciepła barwa jest za ciemna. Ostatni niedogodność to brak telewizora. Nie jest on niezbędny ale w przypadku braku pogody przydałby się.
