Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Blisko dworca Łódź Fabryczna, rzut beretem do przystanku linii 100 jadącej do Zoo. Piotrkowska tętniąca życiem nie przeszkadza się wyspać, bo mieszkanie znajduje się w głębi dziedzińca.

Wygodny, duży materac. Dostępność suszarki do włosów i żelazka i inne podstawowe rzeczy, typu ręcznika papierowego. Płyn do naczyń, ręcznika kuchenny.... Lokalizacja centrum. Ogólnie warto, jak zależy na lokalizacji.
W łazience rano rybiki chodziły. Pajęczyny nad drzwiami wejściowymi. Brak jakiegoś małego, przyjemnego oświetlenia- jakiejś lampki nocnej. Ponury wystrój, taki nieprzytulny, nieprzemyślany.
