W pełni wyposażone małe mieszkanko, bardzo przytulnie urządzone, parking pod oknem, niedaleko dworca i centrum.
Bardzo miękki materac, no i niestety posprzątane bylejak, a szkoda bo to na prawdę fajna miejscówka.

Lokalizacja i parking były super
Czystość posprzątane powierzchownie. Folia na oknie powoduje dyskomfort. Lepsza byłaby roleta.

З плюсів тепло і тихо. Швидкий звʼязок з орендодавцем. До центра три зупинки трамваєм.
Дуже брудно, пил і волосся було скрізь, погано вимита посуда, а чайником взагалі було бридко користуватися.
