Schludny i czysty apartament. Ładna kamienica i parking na dziedzińcu. Dobra klimka, dobry TV. Apartament ładnie urządzony i dobrej jakości.
Słabe wyposazenie kuchni - mało naczyń.

Dobra lokalizacja - pieszo 15min PKP Łódź Kaliska, 20min ul. Piotrkowska, 20min Atlas Arena. Duży plus za dostępność parkingu na dziedzińcu. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i obsługa bez kluczy - wszystko na kody. W tym samym budynku bardzo dobra pizza i makarony, po drugiej stronie ulicy Żabka. Czyste nowe przestronne mieszkanie, czysta łazienka z pralką, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia
Straszny hałas od ulicy, szczególnie w nocy od przejeżdżających tramwajów, nie da rady spać przy otwartych oknach. Jest klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju ale spanie przy włączonej klimie odpada.

Odległość od głównych atrakcji z apartamentu idealna do podróżowania nawet Boltem. Na parking wjeżdża się przez główną bramę , a auto widać z okna. We wnętrz czysto i schludnie. Brakowało tylko suszarki ale pożyczyłam od sąsiadów ;) jedna kapsułka do zmywarki i jedna kapsułka do ekspresu to trochę mało jak na kilka dni ale to nic. Było za to żelazko którego miało nie być ;)
