We stayed at Mr. Tomasz’s place in Warsaw for 4 days and 3 nights as a family of three (two adults, one teenager) and our cat, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The house was extremely comfortable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person. The private entrance and spacious front yard were a huge bonus, especially for our cat, who absolutely loved playing outside safely. Inside, the house was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. Mr. Tomasz even provided small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, along with everything else we could have possibly needed during our stay. Such attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. The location is fantastic, close to shops and a bakery, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We slept soundly every night, even with the terrace door open, the tranquility of the area really added to our overall comfort. Mr. Tomasz himself was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. His hospitality made our stay feel even more special.

A few suggestions (just for future improvement, nothing major 😊): • It would be great to have a laundry drying rack or hanger in the front yard. After washing our clothes, we weren’t sure where to hang them, so we ended up draping them over the chairs outside 😅. Not a big issue at all, but something that would definitely add convenience! • The bathroom is located on the second floor, which was still manageable for us, but just something to note. • The staircase could be improved in terms of safety, we felt it might be a little tricky if someone is in a rush to reach the bathroom upstairs, or for families with small children, extra attention would be needed when using the stairs. Other than these small points, everything was perfect ❤️ Thank you so much, Mr. Tomasz! We will definitely come back and stay here again the next time we visit Warsaw!

Piękna okolica, cisza i spokój, bezpłatny parking, bardzo łatwo wejść i wyjść, dużo prywatności i bliskości zieleni. Niewielki ogródek ale bardzo przydatny bo można przyjechać z pieskiem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Polecam !

Brak suszarki do włosów

Obiekt to piękny apartament z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Dostępne jest indywidualne wejście. Wszystko jest w pełni sprawne nowe i zadbane. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy przy okazji pobytu w Warszawie!
