A perfect apartment in an excellent location. 10 min walk to Greyfriars Bobby statue along a street filled with shops, takeaways and a number of pubs. No parking but there is parking in the street and surrounding streets that is free after 1730. Use the Ringgo app if parking before that time. Apartment was so quiet and very spacious, I could easily live there. 100% recommended and I will definitely stay again.

A permit to park would be nice but not a real concern for me.

设施： 地面用的深灰色的地毯，看不出是不是干净。 床的宽度很小，翻身都有掉下床的可能。 卫生间没有窗帘，而且窗玻璃只有下半部做了磨砂处理。 卫生间的洗手池非常小，只能用于洗手，无法洗脸。 浴缸会从底部往外渗水。 浴缸的排水有些慢，厨房的洗菜池也会散发出一股味道。建议房东定期用管道疏通剂疏通下水道。 洗衣机的烘干功能启动不了。 厨房烧水壶在烧水之后把手很烫。

Bed was comfy, kitchen facilities were good. Warm water for showering. There are some bars and places to eat fairly close and a supermarket is a short walk away. Good size flat.

The property is dated. Old badly fitted carpets. Things in general were clean, but the age of some of the fittings, skirts and walls really being the.propery down. Minor jobs would improve it fairly quickly. A 'throw' over the sofas, the tree outside the living room window desperately needs cutting back, the hedges need cutting right back as it's quite dark by the front door. The distance to the station is 20mins, I got the impression this property was a bit closer than that. From looking at the images of the flat and walking in, I have to say I was a little disappointed.
