This was our second time staying at this location with this host. Highly recommend! Great communication, easy check in and access. Location is more than perfect. If you use the metro, which is superb, your station is Acropoli which is very close to the apartment. Fantastic smaller restaurants with great prices mixed in by the larger restaurants.

Great location, large apartment, washing machine and nice kitchen.
Check in was a little tricky, but we figured it out.

Location
Cuckroaches as documented in videos and pictures we have. We killed 5 and saw another 2 of big size. We were not offered an alternative, just a comment about it's not unusual in Athens and about they checked the properties prior to our arrival. Keypad number didn't open the door so we had to wait to receive the code to open the lock box. There were used contact lenses of a previous guest in one of the tables so it had not been cleaned
