Location, size, cleanliness, facilities.
We got locked out by the cleaners twice during a total four night stay. The staff came to open the door with the master key in around 20 minutes each time, but it was quite frustrating, especially the second time. The first time it happened we were told it hadn’t happened in the previous five years. We asked for it to be communicated to the cleaners, to which the reaction was a bit dismissive, and then it happened again.

The property was clean when we arrived and the location is fantastic.
There was no personal contact with the staff, the room was not cleaned daily and we were not expecting our room to be in the basement. It had a certain smell to the place.
