A relaxing stay at the Courtyard

We liked the well-,equipped spacious accommodation, and the private outside area, plus the surrounding land. Zena was an excellent host. She was there to welcome us and chat, and made us feel very relaxed.

My husband, being older and unsteady on his feet, found it difficult to use the shower which was in the bath and had no non-slip mat.

Fantastic cottage near Norwich

Fantastic village location, exactly where we needed to be. Whilst we didn't use it, for other travellers it's worth noting this is extremely close to the park and ride into Norwich. Very close to supermarket. Cottage was clean and comfortable with good parking. Quiet location and well looked after cottage which was a perfect base and a lovely space to spend time in too. Loved all the slides swings etc for kids.

Didn't bother us but some people may want to be aware how very narrow the country lanes are leading to the cottage. There is an alternative route through the nearby housing estate. A few items could have been added to the itinerary to improve our stay, Inc kitchen scissors, extra toilet roll, hand soap that wasn't so watered down we had to buy our own.

Lovely property in a great location to explore surrounding areas 😊

Location was great. Approximately 15 mins from Norwich town centre and under an hour to get to the coastal towns. It was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately there were a lot of midges in the courtyard but obviously this can’t be helped as the property is near a lake. It didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

Exceptional, exactly what we needed for our getaway!

This was perfect for us, spacious, had everything we needed, everything was catered for self catering. Available when we needed anything. Some little touches which made our stay even better, presents for my kids when we arrived, towels complementary biscuits. The walk around the lodge was amazing with the lake. Had its own little playground at the front which my 7 year old loved. And my 14month old daughter was also loving this place, even so she took her first steps here due to the open space. Memories were made which we will cherish forever. We will certainly return here if we are back in Norfolk. Our stay was just amazing, relaxing and just peaceful. Thank you!

Good location nice lake view.

Dead animals near childrens play area (rabbits) Dead birds by lake side. Room was dirty. Especially bathroom. Curtains filthy as where WINDOWS. CUSHIONS FOR OUTSIDE SEAT FILTHY Host 8 by walk into room while my partner was in her night dress without giving any notice

Agradable lodge, muy tranquilo

Entorno muy tranquilo y silencioso. La casa está muy bien equipada, sobre todo la cocina. Hay juegos para niños.

La ropa de cama y almohadas están excesivamente desgastadas, valdría la pena reemplazarlas por unas mejores para mejorar el confort. Es una casa de campo, pero hay más arañas de lo habitual dentro de la casa, lo que nos tenía un poco intranquilos
