Location. Great views from balcony. Facilities were excellent more than you would ever expect. Bed very comfortable. Wine & water in fridge on arrival. Lots of little snack treats. Very clean. Great attention to detail. Love it. Would stay here again.

I liked how our host took very good care of us, providing an assortment of snacks, toiletries and refreshments for our enjoyment. We were also very pleased with the location of the property, it was so easy to get to and from.

The beds were extremely hard

Location was great. Close to everything but on the border of the hustle and bustle which meant it wasn't too loud nearby at night . The recommendations by the hosts were impeccable, everything we did from it was perfect including the restaurant options. The washing machine was handy and was a really good quality machine, no concerns for damage to clothes at all. Hosts were helpful and responsive even though we didn't meet them, they were contactable via message and were friendly and prompt to answer. Size of the apartment was spacious

Unfortunately I was disappointed by a lot of this accommodation. I found the rating and reviews to be misleading and am confused as to how it is a booking.com genius property and has such high ratings. A firm bed is one thing but the bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were no better. No air conditioning in the bedroom, only a small unit in the living space, furthest away from the room itself. The shower was completely impractical! Hand held shower head only which would be fine however the holder was at our waists which felt completely ridiculous and pointless. The water pressure was also extremely weak. The stairs leading into the apartment to get to the lift were inconvenient and difficult with luggage, they were essentially the equivalent to a double story flight of stairs. If you were unfit to carry suitcases up stairs this would be a massive problem. Not to mention the lack of lighting and only having a switch for temporary lighting at the top of the stairs.
