Beautiful, unique, family owned, newly renovated house dated back from the 18th century with its own private garden. You will find yourself minutes away from elegant shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and sightseeing. Sea is just a few minutes walk with several swimming spots to choose from!

This is a unique setup with an open view to the New Fortress and a private garden... probably the only one that can be found in the old town of Corfu!

Our stay at Casa Bastion was excellent. Spiros and George made sure everything we might need was catered for and were quick to respond to our questions. We only met Spiros in person and he was a very gracious host. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located, really close to the old town and halfway up the steps to the New Fortress. Being in the middle of everything might bother those who are noise sensitive but we thought it was fine. The best part of this booking is the gorgeous little courtyard, very difficult to find in old town Corfu. We spent many happy hours sitting in it. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable house in the old city with a rare and beautiful patio. Good A/C and soundproof windows enable a relaxing downtime after a very hot day. Quiet neighborhood. The restaurant across the house is not a nuisance. Very well equipped house. More vintage furniture and light fixtures would enhance the beauty of this old house, but nothing to complain about in any way. Good communication prior and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Characterful old apartment in the heart of the Old Town up a cobbled slope in the shadow of the massive old fortress. Large shady courtyard from which to nod at passers-by and a cool comfortable interior. Despite seeming old fashioned it had all mod cons- dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, aircon toaster, coffee maker etc. Large bed in main bedroom and plenty of storage. Supermarket just down the steps and a plethora of great restaurants close by. Spiros met us and left good information in the guest guide. Glad the restaurant opposite now not operating as enough noise drifting up from the square...Greek music from the dance academy next door was rather nice. Overall a not so little gem in a beautiful town.

Cannot say enough good things about the location of the apartment, the apartment itself and the hosts, George and Spiros! The apartment is located in an excellent part of Corfu Town, right in the midst of restaurants, shops, and the New Fort. It was conveniently located to the airport as well as a grocery store and a fresh fruit/veggie store. The private court yard was a delight! The unit itself was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for an amazing girls trip. The interior was updated with charming decor, the air conditioning and washing machine came in handy. Would 110% stay there again!

I rented Casa Bastian for a month and didn’t want to leave. The location is ideal. I spent many mornings and evenings in the courtyard/garden by myself and with friends. It was magical. It feels very safe for a woman traveling on her own and an easy house to share with friends. Spiros and George made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to return.

Wonderful house with a beautiful patio garden. In a great local neighborhood close to the main shopping street and terrific restaurants. One of the best apartments I’ve rented in all my years of traveling. There are steep steps up to the house that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Still highly recommended.

Great Location

I stayed in Old Town Corfu for almost three weeks. It's an ideal location, close to everything. I walked to the fresh open market for fish and fresh greens and fruit. When I wanted to go to a Taverna they were steps away from the house. The Terrace is ideal for dinners outside. I had my young family first, then my sister came to visit after they left. Everyone loved the place, also the host couldn't have been more helpful in every way possible. I hated to leave and will return.

Location makes this vacation home a great choice. Easy walking to just about anywhere, and walking in the old town is what summer in Greece is all about. Friendly locals, great food, shopping, historical sites, Corfu Town has it all, and this house is a fantastic base. Have fun!

The house was perfect for us. The garden area is a real plus within the centre of Corfu Town, almost unique. The house is in a perfect location, and once we got our bearings nowhere was very far to get to. The information provided about the house and area were useful, and George was always quick to respond to any queries we had when booking the house as well as being available if needed when at the house. Corfu Town is lovely, the house made our holiday that bit more special. Thank you.

A really well kept and fully equipped apartment on the old cobbled street which leads to the new fort.The owner is very friendly and has great recommendations for restaurants. The courtyard garden is a lovely place to eat breakfast or spend some time sipping a drink and reading a book. In fact it looks so inviting that we would often see people peering in to check it out! If you don't fancy going far, there's a good Mexican restaurant right across the street and as you're right on the edge of the historic old town of Corfu then everything else is on your doorstep. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent well-appointed apartment with the added benefit of a delightful courtyard garden. Tucked in under the walls of the New (actually centuries old) Fort built by the Venetians it is well placed for the principal historic sites of the town, the port, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed staying there.
