The property offers two separate washrooms — one with a shower cabin and one WC — ensuring flexibility and comfort. Hot water is provided via a switch-activated electric boiler system; once the switch is on, it typically takes 15–20 minutes for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and for safety, the switch should be turned off afterwards.
