There are two modern bathrooms accessed from the main hallway, both fully refurbished with quality fixtures, thick towels, and a clean, stylish finish. The living room combines a relaxing sitting area with a dining space, and the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Wi-Fi reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and the apartment uses an electric boiler that heats water in about 15–20 minutes using the switches located at the electrical panel. The entrance is easy to locate, the building offers a lift, and a small balcony provides a pleasant spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.
