The lady in charge of the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The flat was clean, spacious and quite new.

Good location and value for money. House was clean and plenty of towels and bedding provided.

As the house is a shared house, it’s a lottery who you will be sharing with. Sound really travelled in the house and the shower/toilet was really loud.

Può migliorare

Marta è un posto molto bello e tranquillo. Vale davvero la pena visitarlo e visitare zone limitrofi come Capodimonte, Bolsena, Bagnoreggio. È un posto comodo dove soggiornare per poi spostarsi per visitare altre località vicine. L'appartamento è grande, spazioso, l'host gentile, molto attento nello spiegare tutto cio che riguarda l'appartamento e la signora Serena anche attenta nello spiegare tutto. Ma tutto ciò però non compensa le cose negative legate al soggiorno che sono stati i bagni, che lasciano molto a desiderare, doccie vecchie e rovinate, da rifare praticamente i servizi e i materassi molto ma molto scomodi, praticamente uno matrimoniale aveva un vuoto al centro. E un odore di non so che che si sente come si entra. Se sistemano queste cose potrebbe essere perfetto.

Soggiorno e visita nella Tuscia

Appartamento al primo piano molto grande. Ampia sala, 2 camere da letto spaziose e 2 bagni. Posizionato in zona tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio in fronte. Gentilissima la Signora Serana che ci ha accolti e consegnato le chiavi. Appartamente molto comodo per chi vuole visitare il Lago di Bolsena e la Tuscia.
