Very basic room but in a good spot for visiting Bolsena.

Room was very basic and quite small but served our purpose for one night..

Idyllic, accessible, great location

The location is perfect - just across the road from the lake for swimming or just sitting on the shore. 5 minutes by car to Bolsena. 30 minutes to nice hilltop towns like Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio or Pitigliano. We made two trips to the sea - 1 hour away. The accommodations are surrounded by beautiful greenery, lavender, our room had a glass door to the shared back yard with sunset views where we ate dinner. There were chickens and a cat living on the farm. The room was beautiful, rustic style, nice furniture and colours. The bed was sturdy, the mattress is on the harder side, the pillows are quite thick. We got 3 towels of varying sizes per person. The bathroom seemed very accessible for anyone with mobility issues, there were things to hold onto, no thresholds for showering, a safety bell etc. The sink was deep enough to wash a piece of clothing in. The owners were very nice, we were able to talk to them despite the language barrier. We stayed for 9 nights and were very happy with our accommodations. We ate at the restaurant one night and had pizza and fish - the pizza is very very thin crusted, so only order it if you like it like that. We also bought house wine, it was quite strong with an intense taste.

The fridge in the room is probably old because it is very loud and quite weak at the same time - one of our cheeses and milk went bad after 4 days in the fridge. The wifi stopped working one day and the owners were not able to fix it so we didn't have any wifi for the last two days.

Personale molto accogliente ma bisogna assolutamente migliorare l aspetto della pulizia

La posizione vicino alla piccola spiaggetta quasi sempre vuota

La pulizia! Le lenzuola si vede che non erano state cambiate perché c'erano capelli e anche una macchia di sague. In oltre sopra la doccia c'era abbastanza muffa

Bastante limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

Habitación pequeña con solo una silla para sentarnos, además ponía que tenía restaurante pero cuando pregunté tras reservar estaba cerrado.

La fraschetta

Agriturismo molto tranquillo ed accogliente Stanza con letto molto comodo, bagno grande , frigorifero in camera aria condizionata. Patio esterno con tavolino e sedie e sdraietta Il lago vicinissimo Proprietari molto gentili e simpatici Il ristorante annesso fornisce una cucina "di casa" molto buona Il coregone in salsa è eccezionale e l'olio di loro produzione è molto buono Ottimo anche il coregone alla brace

La stanza non era grandissima ma cmq dotata di tutto Il frigorifero un po' rumoroso

Una notte di passaggio!

Avendo dormito solo una notte, posso dire brevemente che la posizione è ottima, poco distante da Bolsena e la tranquillità è garantita.

Non è corretto dire cosa non è piaciuto, piuttosto il mio è un suggerimento, migliorare le prese elettriche, perchè sono solo con un attacco piccolo, invece sarebbe più pratico avere delle prese doppio passo e magari vicino al letto. Altro suggerimento, magari fare in modo che a fianco di ogni unità abitativa si possa posizionare l'auto, almeno per il carico e scarico.

Ottima struttura vicina a Bolsena.. la consiglio

Struttura curata veramente bellissima con letti super comodi e super pulita… curata in tutti i dettagli.. Ottima.. I proprietari sono super disponibili e gentili sempre pronti a qualsiasi richiesta… poi di fronte passa la corriera ore 8 per cui ottima anche la posizione…la consiglio con tutto il cuore❤️… mio marito pesca ed io l’ho raggiunto in bus… TUTTO PERFETTO

Buona la posizione vicina al lago, facile da raggiungere, proprietari simpatici, camera pulita di dimensioni non grandi ma comoda, ben ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto, parcheggio interno in struttura agrituristica ben tenuta.
