About this apartment rental

Recently renovated, second floor southern exposure unit with lovely spacious screened in lanai overlooking our new heated pool and views of Naples bay. Completely renovated with new kitchen, tile floors and new bathrooms. Walking distance to Tin City, Old Naples, 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Quiet six unit complex on the mouth of a canal with quick bay access and new dock. This lovely King master 2-bedroom unit with a Queen guest bedroom has 2 full baths is spacious and inviting with new washer and dryer in unit and wireless internet and TV. The unit is located at the end of Curlew Ave. in Naples. Enjoy the good life of Old Naples.

The lanai looks out over the harbor! Inside, the condo has been beautifully renovated and feels like a brand new build. Everything about my stay there was just wonderful including the wonderful coffee shop and restaurants next door. I highly recommend this rental. I almost forgot—the pool has been completely redone! You’ll thank yourself for choosing this one!

This updated condo was very convenient and comfortable. The location provided a great view of Naples Bay and the waterway to the bay. Downtown Naples and Tin City are five minutes away.
