This two bedroom/two bath Loft is in a great Naples location, within close proximity to Downtown Naples and Tin City. The Loft has high vaulted "beach house" ceilings, travertine floors and a spacious open interior to cultivate ambiance throughout. The well appointed kitchen has white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in style!
Both bedrooms have a bath with a shower adjacent to them for privacy and convenience. Sip coffee or read on the private side deck off the front bedroom. It is beautifully appointed with a comfortable outdoor sectional, table and chairs. The back bedroom overlooks the gorgeous canal which leads into fabulous Naples Bay. Walk down from the back bedroom to the expansive brick patio by the dock to sit and watch boats float by.
In addition to the two bedrooms, this second floor loft has a queen Murphy bed in the living area and a daybed in the back bedroom with a trundle. There is no elevator.

The location of the condo was great. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was big. We really enjoyed being on the channel. We also appreciated having our dog with us!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Directly on canal with a great dock for our boat. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated.
We loved the accessibility to bike trails and restaurants. There is no controlling Mother Nature but, the condos below us on the ground floor were being repaired from hurricane damage. There was construction and constant workers inside and outside the property on average 6 days a week. Which made it noisy and not enjoyable to use the patio beside the canal. The water was shut off two days during our visit and we were not given any notice. There were many construction trucks and a dumpster in the driveway that at times we were unable to park in the driveway. With that said, if there had not been a hurricane then our stay would have been perfect! We would definitely recommend this property.

unfortunately the stairs are steep on both end, the neighbors are very kind & helped with luggages.
