About this apartment rental
Cozy condo located at Kingsport Club (over 55 community); main great room with dining table, TV, galley kitchen, sliding glass doors that line one side of condo and extend to the balcony; The Master on suite also has a balcony with views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Sit and enjoy the view of the inter coastal water ways and the Gulf; pool, gym, outdoor entertaining/grill; Beach access walk across street to private Moorings beach. It's a 10-minute drive down gulf shore boulevard to luxurious downtown Naples with endless high-end restaurants and night life or you can head the opposite direction within five-minute drive to Venetian village for more restaurants and shopping; either direction you can't go wrong. If you prefer to bike or walk from Kingsport there are bike and walkways right outside of our beautiful building as you Stroll down Gulfshore boulevard soaking up the amazing views wishing you could live here and never go home.

Loved my stay. The building is in a GREAT location. Walked every morning to the beach, and at night to watch sunset. I was also able to use the kayak a couple of times and get up close to the dolphins playing in the canal. Can't wait to stay there again next winter!
