Gorgeous waterfront condo just 1.8 miles away from Naples' 5th Avenue, where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. Located in Royal Harbor, this condo features an open floorplan with a full kitchen on the first floor and 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The Master Suite has a King bed, an attached bathroom, and walk-in closet. Just down the hall is a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed and attached bathroom. Boat dock is not included, but the water views are! Come enjoy!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect - just a short drive or walk to 5th Avenue shopping and restaurants. The town house was spotless, beautifully decorated and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our vacation to the max. Loved the condo so much. Had all the comfort of home. Appliances and full kitchen, comfortable beds , clean bathrooms. So many extras made it very pleasant. Location is perfect for all activities. Communication was perfect. All questions answered and all concerns addressed. Would stay again!!

This is an amazing property. The whole place was absolutely spotless and so beautifully decorated. It’s also very spacious! The bed was so comfortable and it was so nice that every room was so well stocked for every need. The view was incredible also. We would highly recommend as we would love to stay again in the future. Chelsea was an amazing host responding to our messages quickly plus leaving such thoughtful gifts and messages.

My family stayed at this fully furnished home over the weekend of July 4th. The first class amenities and the thoughtful welcome layout was perfect. All new appliances and even spices, which made the cooking easier! Proximity to downtown Naples was great. Very quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this home. My 11 and 14 year old kids loved the canal too!
