Private stanza in a quiet 4 plex on 2/3 acre down a private road. Recently built brand new pool and spa, lovely landscaping. Area for your dogs to run. This is a rare property. Close to 5th Ave and the beach!

Host was great. Property is great. Pool is nice. House is clean & has nice space. However, not the quietest location. The neighbors behind us decided they wanted to yell & scream all night at each other. They loved slamming doors. Wasn’t just one night but two nights from 10pm—3am. Seems to be a common occurrence. I know the host doesn’t have control over this. But just an fyi if you’re traveling with children & dog.
