This one-bedroom condo boasts a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with separate vanity sink that leads into the full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy views of Naples Bay from the private lanai. In-unit high-efficiency washing machine (drying racks) and 1 dedicated parking spot for a car or SUV (no large trucks or motorcycles). The building has a beautiful shared heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with a gas BBQ grill. We just spent a month at this condo & it was a great stay. It had everything we needed. The view of the Gordon River is great to watch the boats go by. We could walk to restaurants & 5th Avenue. It’s a short drive to the beautiful beach and it’s a nice friendly community.
