About this apartment rental
The Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples, in the middle of the entertainment and Restaurant District. Our building consists of seven exclusive and private residences on the third floor with balconies overlooking 5th Ave., Cambier Park, Von Liebig Art Center, and Sugdon Theater. Pristine white sand beaches, and some of the best dining and shopping in Florida are at your doorstep. Our seven unique guest residences all have exotic Brazilian cherry floors, solid mahogany doors and cabinets with granite countertops. Each residence is furnished with antiques and Persian rugs, and have fully equipped kitchens. All residences have full laundry rooms with washer and dryer. Our private, heated pool located on the second floor, is available for our quests. Ingram Building also provides cable and wireless internet. Flat screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom of each unit. Parking for residents is located on the Cambier Park side of the building, close to the elevator and stairs. The 5th Avenue entrance also has an elevator with with resident only access to the 3rd floor apartments. This unit is about 1100 square feet with two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and all linens are included.

The place was exactly as described. Super convenient to restaurants on 5th Ave. Owners were very pleasant to work with during the process and stay.

The unit is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, double oven, fridge with ice maker. Both bedrooms had very comfortable king sized beds. Rooms have plenty of storage. Can’t beat the location. Walk to shopping, restaurants and parks. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for use as well as a washer and dryer. Owners were very responsive to any questions.

Overall we had a good stay in Downtown Naples. The location of the property was great. Right downtown and easy to walk to all great places to eat, shop and walk to the beach. The problem with the condo was the furniture and the light. The only outside light comes the back french doors that open to a view of the trash dumpster that all the restaurants use as well as the folks that stay in the condos on the street. Not what I want to see when I get up in the morning and want to have a cup of coffee on the back patio. The beds were very comfortable however the furniture in the family room were not comfortable at all and we found ourselves sitting at the dinning room table to watch television. There were picture hooks on the wall as if someone had taken pictures off the wall and forgot to replace them. Just not what I expected from furniture stand point. Overall I would give the place another look, if I could get a unit that faced the street.
